Giving Back
Join Babbo Italian Eatery on February 25, 2026, for the Annual "Baseball for Babbo" Day of Giving. On this special day, 100% of profits from all Babbo locations will benefit pancreatic cancer research through the Seena Magowitz Foundation. Guests can support the cause by dining in, ordering takeout or catering, purchasing gift cards, and participating in the Baseball for Babbo auction, featuring exclusive items and experiences, all in honor of Babbo founder Ken Pollack.
On February 27, 2025, Babbo Italian Eatery hosted our most successful Day of Giving to date, raising an incredible $203,501 for the Seena Magowitz Foundation and Honor Health Research Institute! 💜 This donation will help support life-saving pancreatic cancer research and provide hope to those affected by the disease and our founder Ken Pollack.
Honoring a Legacy of Love and Generosity
Babbo has organized four "Baseball for Babbo Day of Giving" events, during which we have donated 100% of profits to the Seena Magowitz Foundation to fund pancreatic cancer research at Honor Health Research Institute. These events serve as a loving tribute to the founder of Babbo Italian Eatery, Ken Pollack. Ken was a passionate baseball fan who lost his battle to pancreatic cancer in late 2022. Babbo means "Daddy" in Italian and Ken was that leading figure to his staff and loved ones. Ken lived by the philosophy, "if you give you will get, if you get if you get you should give". Our annual day of giving is a way to honor his legacy and live by this shared value.
